We are Collett Construction: A building company founded from a genuine passion for building.

We are based in Southam, Warwickshire and serve the surrounding areas. With 15 years experience under our belt we work alongside other building professionals to ensure that we deliver high quality, energy efficient Extensions and Conversions.

  • Every project is different depending on the size and design of the Extension/Conversion so it is very difficult to give overall costs.

    Send us your plans and we will be happy to take a look and give you a ball park figure to help you decide your next move.

  • Depending on the size and what extra works may need to be carried out to bring your project into reality will depend on the how long the project will take. Most of our projects are carried out and completed in ranges between 4-16 weeks, this covers most standard sized projects.

  • Ideally, yes. If you have plans and structural calculations ready to send over then that is great, we can get straight to work on getting a quote to you. If you do not yet have plans and are in the early stages then we can speak to you about your project and advise you on what the next steps would be. We understand that most people are not aware of the building process and we are here to help.
